It is a damn shame that food like this isn’t more popular. I had never heard of herring in cream sauce until I happened upon it at Srodek’s; it was definitely a novelty buy. This stuff is delicious! The tart and pungent fishy taste goes amazingly well with the sweet and sour cream. I will be buying more!
